Juliana Santacruz Herrera

I have always been a big fan of knit bombing. I have been researching knit bombers recently–especially since I'm using yarn in my installation–and it is such a cool and cooky art form. I particularly like Juliana Santacruz Herrera's work. She knits in potholes and by doing this she not only fixes the potholes but also brightens the pavement. I'm really inspired by her creativity, her use of space and color.
